Staffed with trained agents in English, Spanish, and Asian Languages, this hotline is available M-F from 8am-4pm with voicemail capabilities 24/7. Callers may connect to a person who can answer general small business questions, provide basic HR and Legal resources, and navigate borrowers
through financing options including the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program.
