Let your Jackson adventure begin…

Why not start the day with coffee from Boilerwork's Cafe or Shauna's Sweets? While you are there grab a pastry or treat for the day.

Now that you are fueled for an adventure, head over to the Kennedy Mine for a tour and then stop by the Amador County Museum to enjoy our local history.

Follow your tour with a stop for lunch at Mel and Faye's Diner, The Mother Lode Deli, Highway House, Luka's or Rosebud's Cafe. There are so many options you will have to come back another day to try the ones you missed.

Time for some shopping. Main Street Jackson is full of small businesses with unique items at each store. Make sure you stop by each one of The Celtic Knot, Hein and Co Books, Jackpot Jen Vintage, Sasha's, Sue's Shoppe, Tribute Boutique, and Up Country Pool. You will enjoy the local charm of each one of these shops and you are sure to enjoy the stroll through the shops on Main Street.

The Options for dinner include one of the restaurants you didn't make it to for lunch.

And finally, for your entertainment, make sure you get in a show at Main Street Theatre Works, Jackson Cinemas is D'Place or Baker Street West. There is a lot to see and do in this small town.

Jackson has so much to offer, you may not fit it all into one day. That's ok, make another day of it and visit the stops you missed on your first adventure next time.
